Local Delivery

Kay Florist offers local delivery only within our designated service area. We do not ship flowers via mail or courier services.


Delivery Area

Delivery is available within select local zip codes. Orders placed outside our delivery area may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.


Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery dates are selected at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed

  • We do not offer timed deliveries

Sunday Delivery:
We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders scheduled for Sunday will be delivered on the next available business day.


Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time listed on our website.

Availability is not guaranteed and depends on:

  • Order volume

  • Flower availability

  • Delivery route capacity


Holiday Delivery

During major holidays (including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day), delivery schedules are extremely limited.

  • Same-day delivery may not be available

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed

  • Orders are delivered throughout the day

All holiday orders are final once processing begins.


Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

  • Recipient name

  • Correct address

  • Phone number (if required)

Kay Florist is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.


Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • Flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion

  • The order may be considered fulfilled once delivered

We are not responsible for theft, weather damage, or loss after delivery.


Substitutions & Availability

Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, substitutions of flowers, colors, or containers may be necessary. We will always maintain equal or greater value and a similar design style.


Weather & Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
