Return & Refund Policy

At Kay Florist, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, our return and refund policies are outlined below.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Perishable Products (Flowers & Plants)

Flowers and plants are perishable goods and cannot be returned once delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, and

  • We are notified within 24 hours of delivery, and

  • A clear photo is provided showing the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Recipient refusal or absence at time of delivery

  • Normal variations in flower color, size, or bloom stage

  • Substitutions made due to seasonal or market availability

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference


Holiday Orders

Due to high demand and limited inventory, all holiday orders are final once processed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Valentine’s Day

  • Mother’s Day

  • Easter

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

  • Administrative Professionals’ Day

No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted after holiday cut-off dates.


Subscription Orders

Subscription deliveries are non-refundable once processed.

Customers may:

  • Pause or skip future deliveries before the billing cut-off

  • Cancel subscriptions prior to the next billing cycle

Charges processed before cancellation or skip requests are final.


One-Time Order Cancellations

  • Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date

  • Orders canceled after this window may not be eligible for a refund


Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution
